I really hope you get a coach type person who believes in you, pushes you, to get where you want to go. Ever considered a life coach? I'm sure you have but it seems to me that'd be one place to start.

I read this book when I was making my career transition from politico to public school teacher. I cried my eyes out. LOVED it!
The movie? Not so much.

Educating Esme is also another gem in the new-teacher-is- genius genre.

I just reserved her other books from the library. I'm looking for some inspiration. Thanks!

Hey, D, this is one of the things I miss most about my mom, is having a cheerleader, someone who absolutely believes in me. Finding a "mentor" could be an option. Oddly, I've actually been thinking about find a new "mom" to "adopt" me!
