For me, when faced with a situation like this, I try to dissect the problem - what is the worst possible thing that can happen, and is that really so bad? Sometimes my thoughts get all twisted up and I have to sit back and untwist the absurdities out of them. It doesn't always work, but that's my 2 pennies. Good luck.
